Submitting a Service Request

When submitting a service request, include the following:

  • Suite or unit number
  • Description of the issue
  • Building hours and preferred access window
  • Whether an escort is required
  • Loading dock or delivery access notes, if applicable
  • Any site restrictions or special instructions

Building Access & Coordination

After-hours access should be coordinated through our office at least 48 hours in advance. Contact us at (412) 407-7480 with the date, time, and purpose of access so we can make the necessary arrangements.

All vendors and contractors must check in with building management before beginning work. If you're coordinating a delivery or contractor visit, include dock access notes and any escort requirements in your service request. We'll confirm logistics and provide any building-specific instructions.
