Using the Portal

  1. 1. Log in at the tenant portal using your email and password.
  2. 2. Select your action — pay rent, submit a maintenance request, or view your lease.
  3. 3. Track your request — all maintenance requests are tracked and updated through the portal.

Maintenance Request Tips

When submitting a maintenance request, include the following so we can respond as quickly as possible:

  • Your unit number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or video, if possible
  • Your preferred access time
  • Any access notes — pets, lockbox codes, special instructions

Do you manage properties not owned by Vetro?

No. We manage properties within our own portfolio only.

Rent is paid through the tenant portal. You can set up autopay or make one-time payments.

What counts as an emergency?

Fire, flooding, gas leaks, or any situation threatening life or safety. Call 911 for life-threatening emergencies. Call (412) 407-7480 for active leaks or urgent building issues. Everything else goes through the portal.

How do I contact management?

Call (412) 407-7480 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM) or email support@vetrorealty.com. For maintenance, always use the portal so your request is tracked.
